1. Green Production System: Reducing Environmental Footprint from the Source

• Clean Manufacturing Environment: Our 20,000㎡ R&D and production base in Jiande, Hangzhou, features a 10,000-class clean workshop (5,000㎡) and a 1,000-class laboratory (500㎡), strictly compliant with GMP and ISO 13485 standards to ensure high-efficiency, low-resource production.
• Energy Conservation Practices: Optimized production lines, upgraded equipment, and solar energy adoption minimize carbon emissions. In 2023, our newly launched minimally invasive high-value medical device project (Phase I) fully implemented green manufacturing, achieving an annual output of ¥200 million while maximizing resource efficiency.

2. Circular Product Design: Balancing Healthcare and Ecology

• Eco-Friendly Materials: Core products like disposable ligation clips utilize recyclable materials such as POM (polyoxymethylene) and ABS, balancing performance with biodegradability to reduce medical waste.
• Innovative Upgradable Solutions: Our R&D team continuously explores reusable device enhancements, integrating technologies like electronic endoscopes and electrocoagulation surgical tools to transition from single-use to durable solutions.

3. Digital Management: Full Lifecycle Traceability

• Smart Warehousing & Logistics: Our "Tongxinyan S-ERP" system enables precise inventory management and UDI (Unique Device Identification) traceability, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
• Seamless Production Coordination: Digital platforms connect R&D, production, and sales, eliminating redundancies and lowering energy consumption for low-carbon operations.

• Local Collaboration: We actively engage in Jiande's medical supply chain ecosystem, partnering with healthcare institutions to build transparent, low-carbon logistics networks and elevate regional healthcare standards.
• Compliance & Transparency: With certifications including CE (EU) and FDA (US), we strictly adhere to global environmental regulations, ensuring full accountability from raw materials to finished products.
